Ordering

How to order?

All orders are placed through our website www.thebellaembroidery.com

How quickly will I receive my order?

All items are embroidered by me in our Dumbarton studio. Most orders are ready within 10 days. However, the busiest months are May – Sep and during these months orders can be up to 28 days.

I post regular updates during the summer months with the current turnaround times. Please order early to guarantee delivery in time for school starting in Aug.

Can I collect my order from you?

The short answer is no. I offer local delivery to G82 postcodes at £3 and all another postcodes for £4.20 via Royal Mail signed for service.

Why? – I trialled free collection last year but had to stop as it was really impacting my work/life balance. I had a massive no show rate for pick ups at the agreed time (I understand why, I’ve done the same and know that life just gets in the way) I’m a busy mum of two and have after school club etc so it’s really hard to accommodate collections with the volume of orders I receive.

Sizing

What are the sizes like?

In general the Varsity Jackets, Hoodies/Zippers and Onesies are generous in size. The sweatshirts, cardigans and v-neck sweatshirts are a neater fit.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

As all items are embroidered to order I don’t usually accept returns (unless otherwise agreed). However, get in touch and we can discuss it.

Custom Orders and Workwear

Do you do workwear?

No. But I’m happy to recommend another company if you contact me.

My school isn’t listed, can you add it?

If your school isn’t listed then unfortunately I can’t do it at the moment.

Why? – Im at full capacity at the moment and need to make sure I can fulfil my current schools/nursery orders.
